Kajaria Ceramics is on the lookout for a new advertising agency. The multi-agency pitch is taking place in Delhi.
Kajaria Ceramics has confirmed the news to exchange4media. However, the size of the account could not be ascertained at the time of filing the report.
The incumbent agency on the brand is Crayons Advertising. It handles both, creative and media duties for Kajaria Ceramics. However, it must be noted that the brand has only called for a creative pitch.
Back in August 2004, Kajaria Ceramics awarded the creative duties and media buying for print media to Triton Communications. The media buying for television was handled by a separate media agency, Alliance. In 2006, Starcom MediaVest (SMV) Group, Delhi won the media duties for Kajaria Ceramics.
Founded 25 years ago, Kajaria Ceramics is the largest manufacturer of ceramic/vitrified tiles in India. It has an annual aggregate capacity of 43.60 mn. sq. meters, distributed across seven plants – Sikandrabad in Uttar Pradesh, Gailpur in Rajasthan, four plants in Morbi in Gujarat and one at Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
