Ecommerce majors Flipkart and Amazon India enter BARC’s Top 10 Brands @Week 34

While ecommerce giants enter BARC’s Top 10 Brands, FMCG brand Dove Cream Bathing Bar rule the category

Dove Cream Bathing Bar took over BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 34 (August 19–25) with 12,168 insertions.


E-commerce majors Flipkart and Amazon India entered the list at second and sixth spot with 12,089 and 10,266 insertions respectively.


Lifebuoy Toilet Soap, Sunsilk Black Shine and Fogg Scent joined them at seventh, ninth and tenth spot with 10,172, 8833 and 8738 insertions respectively.


Lux Toilet Soap and Close Up Ever Fresh moved to the third and fourth spot with 11,069 and 10,361 insertions respectively. 


Horlicks slipped to fifth spot with 10,298 insertions.

Surf Excel Easy Wash retained its eighth spot with 8987 insertions. 


In the Top 10 Advertisers list, Hindustan Lever, Reckitt Benckiser (India) and Procter & Gamble retained the top three spots with 1,80,246, 49,114 and 25,934 insertions respectively.


Brooke Bond Lipton India, Cadburys India and Smithkline Beecham moved to fourth, fifth and sixth spot with 25,254, 22,782, 21,663 insertions respectively.


Super Cassettes Industries retained its ninth spot with 16,103 insertions. 


ITC Ltd slipped to tenth spot with 15,886 insertions. 


Vini Product and Amazon Online India entered the list at seventh and eighth spot with 17,692 and 17,369 insertions.
