Videocon D2H and Hindustan Lever continue to dominate BARC's Top 10 Brands and Top 10 Advertisers for week 45
Videocon D2H continued to lead BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 45 (November 4-November 10) with 17,465 insertions.
Harpic 10X, Lizol, Lava Z series, Dettol Deep Cleanse Soap, Cadburys Dairy Milk Chocolate and Idea Cellular entered the category at second, fourth, fifth, seventh, ninth and tenth spot with 10,642, 8483, 7700, 7598, 7403 and 7086 insertions respectively.
Sprite climbed to third spot with 9772 insertions.
Dove Cream Bathing Bar and Horlicks slipped to sixth and eighth spot with 7599 and 7422 insertions respectively.
Meanwhile, in the Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG majors Hindustan Lever, Reckitt Benckiser (India) and Procter & Gamble continued to retain the top three spots with 1,19,842, 85,056 and 38,934 insertions respectively.
Cadbury India climbed to fourth spot with 32,299 insertions.
Interestingly home-grown FMCG players Patanjali Ayurved and Godrej Consumer Products Ltd retained fifth and seventh spot with 24,917 and 19,617 insertions respectively. Coca Cola India also held on to its eighth spot with 19,247 insertions.
Brooke Bond Lipton India slipped to sixth spot with 23,171 insertions.
Smithkline Beecham and Videocon Industries Ltd entered the category at ninth and tenth spot with 17,591 and 17,465 insertions respectively.
