Happy Creative bags creative duties of BlueStone

Happy Creative has been awarded the creative duties of premium online jewellery store BlueStone. The win comes following a multi-agency pitch in December.

Confirming the development, Gaurav Singh Khushwaha, Founder of BlueStone said, “We chose Happy for a variety of strategic reasons. Their fresh perspective on the category was in sync with our thought process and business model. Add to this, Happy’s proven expertise in successfully launching and managing e-commerce brands and their creative reputation were a bonus.”

The launch campaign is slated to go live on February 2, 2013, led by a TV commercial and supported by communication in digital and social media channels. The campaign challenges the convention that jewellery is only purchased for special occasions. Armed with a new identity from the Happy design cell, the brand launches with a TVC that will be supported by digital communication.

It may be recalled that last month MEC India was assigned the media mandate for BlueStone.

Founded by Kushwaha in 2012 and funded by Accel Partners, BlueStone guarantees sale of only certified jewellery. Other benefits include 100 per cent refund, indigenous design and a 30-day exchange policy.
