After a multi-agency pitch, Leo Burnett, a creative agency under Publicis Groupe, has reportedly been looped in by Google India. As per sources, Leo Burnett will work as an additional agency along with Lowe Lintas which is already on board.

“The search engine behemoth is reportedly expanding its business and launching several new projects, for which a multi-agency pitch was called some weeks ago and Leo Burnett was selected last week,” said a senior industry source.

exchange4media contacted both Google India and Leo Burnett for comments on the development, but did not get response until the filing of the copy. Sources in the industry claim that Leo Burnett may work on a particular multi-crore project that Google is expected to launch in India sometime soon.

A month ago at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Google was named the Creative Marketer of the Year 2018.
