Anusha Shetty, Chairperson & CEO of Grey & AutumnGrey, is a visionary leader with a career spanning over two decades. Co-founding Autumn Worldwide in 2005, she spearheaded its growth into a digital marketing powerhouse, specialising in areas such as Data and Insights, Digital Creative & Content, Online Reputation Management, and eCommerce.
Under her leadership, Autumn Worldwide grew into a market leader, eventually being acquired by Grey Group, a WPP company, in 2018.
She was appointed as Chairperson and CEO of Grey India in 2020. At Grey India, Anusha’s role was expanded to overseeing both creative and digital functions, combining the strengths of Grey’s creative legacy with AutumnGrey’s hyper-specialised digital services. Her leadership is defined by a keen ability to merge the creative with the technical, helping brands across categories stay ahead of the curve.
Before her entrepreneurial journey, Anusha gained invaluable experience at industry giants like Honeywell and Euclid Inc., where she led corporate communication and marketing initiatives across diverse sectors. Her prior roles have always required a mix of creativity, strategy, and technology, which she continues to leverage in her current role at Grey & AutumnGrey.
As a mentor and an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry, Anusha continues to inspire the next generation of creative and digital leaders, challenging the norms and shaping the future of branding and marketing.
