Excerpts:
How do you feel being part of this renowned list of 40 under 40 leaders?
It’s incredibly humbling and energizing. To be recognized alongside such inspiring professionals reinforces the belief that staying true to a value-driven, frugal, and martech-led approach to brand-building has its own place in today's dynamic world. I’ve always believed in doing more with less — and telling meaningful stories that matter. This recognition is not just mine, it’s a win for every brand custodian who believes in smart, sustainable, and impactful marketing.
What are the top 3 skills you believe are essential in today’s professional landscape?
- Storytelling with Strategy: In a cluttered digital world, the ability to craft narratives that align with brand objectives and resonate with audiences is a superpower.
- Martech Fluency: Understanding and leveraging marketing technology is no longer optional. It’s the foundation of efficiency, personalization, and scale.
- Agility with Frugality: The ability to move fast, pivot, and optimize resources intelligently is what sets resilient professionals apart today
What emerging trends or technologies do you believe will shape your industry in the next 5–10 years?
- AI-powered Personalization: We’re only scratching the surface of what AI can do in crafting hyper-personalized consumer journeys.
- Zero-party Data & Ethical Marketing: Consumers are more privacy-conscious. Brands that earn trust and co-create value will lead the next decade.
- Decentralized Content & Community Commerce: Brand stories won’t just be told by brands but with consumers — community-driven commerce and advocacy will dominate.
How do you define leadership in the modern workplace?
Modern leadership is about enabling, not instructing. It's about creating environments where teams feel safe to challenge, innovate, and fail forward. For me, it’s about clarity of vision, empathy in execution, and accountability in action. Great leaders don’t have all the answers — but they ask the right questions and empower others to find answers together.
What are your future plans? What’s one lesson you want to pass on to young professionals?
My focus is on building purpose-led brands powered by technology and human insight. I’m excited about mentoring, co-creating with next-gen marketers, and using storytelling to drive meaningful change.
If there’s one lesson I’d pass on — it’s this: Be curious, be conscious, and stay uncomfortable. That’s where the real growth lies.
