Starting out at Clea Public Relations, a pioneer in IPO communications, he learned the craft from the ground up, building relationships with journalists, shaping stories, and understanding the true power of earned media.

What defines Atul’s journey is courage. After spending 14 years in his previous organisation and rising to the role of Chief Operating Officer, he chose uncertainty over comfort. Joining Ruder Finn was a leap of faith and the desire to grow, learn, and build something meaningful. Today, under his leadership, Ruder Finn India has grown into one of the fastest-growing large agencies in the country, known for its strong client partnerships, innovative work, and people-first culture.
