- Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) has appointed Swapnil Deshmukh as Head of Operations, based in Pune, to lead its operations portfolio.
- Deshmukh brings over 20 years of experience in operations, business transformation, and digital modernization, previously serving as Associate Partner at KPMG.
- Kiran Guruswami, COO of OGS India & Philippines, highlighted Deshmukh's leadership and operational expertise as crucial for OGS's growth and complexity management.
- Deshmukh expressed enthusiasm for joining OGS and aims to enhance operational frameworks, visibility, and governance to support the organization's growth.
Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) has appointed Swapnil Deshmukh as Head of Operations.
He will be based in Pune and lead OGS' operations portfolio.
Swapnil has more than two decades of experience in operations, business transformation, delivery governance, strategy execution, digital modernization, ERP programs, analytics, and AI.
He was most recently Associate Partner at KPMG. Earlier, he was with organisations like EY, L&T, Zycus, and Raj Technologies.
