Highly placed sources have told exchange4media that Surabhi Kanjilal is joining Zurich Kotak General Insurance as the Chief Marketing Officer and will be working closely with the leadership team based in Mumbai. Prior to this, Kanjilal was the Head of Marketing & Retail PMO at Reliance General Insurance. She will be leading the company’s marketing and digital strategy, as also public relations and brand development efforts at ZKGI.
Surabhi has over 16 years of experience in the insurance, mobility, and advertising sectors, and at Reliance General Insurance, played a pivotal role in enhancing the brand’s visibility, spearheading innovative campaigns, and driving customer engagement through integrated marketing strategies. Kanjilal has also worked with companies such as Reliance Health, Ola TFS, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, and Mullen Lintas.
