Suparna Mitra, who led the Titan Company as the Chief Executive Officer - Watches And Wearables division, has stepped down from her role, the company informed in a BSE filing.
Mitra held the role for the last 5 years. Suparna Mitra informed that she is resigning due to personal reasons.
“This is to inform that Ms. Suparna Mitra, CEO of the Watches & Wearables Division of the Company has tendered her resignation from the services of the Company with effect from 12th August 2025”, the BSE filing stated.
In her resignation mail to the company's managing director CK Venkataraman, Mitra stated, "I would like to tender my resignation as the CEO of the Watches & Wearables Division of Titan Company Limited by 12th August 2025, due to personal reasons. I am eternally grateful to the Company for giving me the opportunity to serve, contribute and grow in the past many years. The last 5 years as CEO of the Watches & Wearables Division have been particularly rewarding and gratifying and I would like to thank you for the guidance during this period".
