Network18 Media & Investments Ltd has appointed Shuva Mandal as an Additional Independent Director to its Board.
Shuva Mandal, who has over two decades of extensive experience in law and has worked with leading Indian law firms and the Tata Group, will hold the position for five years till November 25, 2029.
Mandal is replacing Dhruv Subodh Kaji, who served as the Additional Director for the company for two terms.
Mandal’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, shareholder governance, private equity investments, and corporate litigation. He has worked across several sectors, including commodities, automotive, retail, financial services, healthcare, aviation, defense, and infrastructure.
Before founding his own firm, Anagram Partners, he served as the Group General Counsel for Tata Sons, the principal investment holding company of the Tata Group. He was also a Senior Partner at renowned law firms Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and AZB & Partners.
