Neetika Aggarwal has joined Kinnect as Managing Partner, overseeing teams across North and West India. She announced the move in a LinkedIn post.
Before joining Kinnect, Aggarwal served as Managing Partner at Leo Burnett Mumbai. She joined Leo Burnett from VMLY&R.
With 25 years of experience, Aggarwal has led integrated marketing solutions, digital operations and business transformation initiatives for global and Indian brands. Her experience spans categories including consumer packaged goods, telecom, automotive, e-commerce and digital-first businesses.
Earlier in her career, she was Head of Business and Integration Lead for Red Fuse India, WPP’s integrated agency for Colgate-Palmolive, at Red Fuse Communications. Aggarwal has also spent nearly 11 years at JWT.
