Asianet News Network Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Neeraj Kohli as its Chairman. Kohli will take on this role while continuing his current position as CEO of Asianxt Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Kohli’s leadership will be instrumental in further strengthening Asianet News Network’s market position. He will drive continued growth and success across the network’s brands, including Asianet News (Malayalam), Asianet Suvarna News (Kannada) and the Kannada Prabha Daily.
Prior to this elevation, Kohli was the Chief Financial Officer of Asianet News Network, bringing extensive financial and operational expertise to his expanded role. He has also held leadership roles at Discovery Communications India, Bharti Airtel Limited and LG Electronics.
Kohli has over 15 years of experience in strategic financial planning, financial reporting, MIS, M&A, corporate finance, tax planning and internal controls and compliance.
