News India 24X7 has announced the appointment of Naveen Kumar as its new Production Head. With more than two decades of experience in the media industry, Naveen brings strong expertise in video editing, graphic design, production planning, and camera and sound operations.
In his new role, Naveen will manage the channel’s overall production process and ensure that content is produced and delivered smoothly while maintaining high quality. His experience in handling large projects and coordinating with teams is expected to support the channel’s editorial and content goals.
During his career, Naveen has worked on several well-known films including The Amazing Spider-Man, Gangs of Wasseypur, and King Kong. He has also collaborated with popular music artists such as Arijit Singh, Papon, and T. N. Krishnan. In addition, he has created advertising films for well-known brands like Sony TV, OLA, and NEXA.
Before joining News India 24X7, Naveen worked with organisations such as STAR News, Eagle Home Entertainment, and Page 3. During this time, he built strong skills in video editing, graphics, and production management. He has also worked on live concerts and events, where he handled fast-paced production environments.
Naveen completed his commerce degree from RDS College in Muzaffarpur and also earned a diploma in multimedia and editing. His background combines both technical knowledge and creative experience in media production.
Welcoming him to the organisation, Chairman Shailendra Sharma (Shalu) and CEO & Editor-in-Chief Rana Yashwant said they are pleased to have Naveen join the team. They added that his strong experience in production will help strengthen the channel’s content quality and support its editorial direction.
