Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality has announced the appointment of seasoned marketing leader Molly Jaiswal as Marketing Head – PCDR (Premium Casual Dining & Restaurants). With over 15 years of diverse experience across e‑commerce, hospitality, ed‑tech, real estate, retail, and mobility, Jaiswal brings a powerful blend of strategic vision, empathetic storytelling, and brand-building expertise to her new role.

Jaiswal recently served as Deputy Vice President – Marketing at Impresario Handmade Restaurants, delivering growth-driven campaigns and innovative brand strategies. She also served as Marketing Director at Epic for Kids, and played pivotal roles at major brands like Ola and Future Group.

Jaiswal authored thought-leadership pieces, including a LinkedIn article titled “The One Thing That’s Always Worked—No Matter the Industry”, emphasising empathy-driven storytelling—a philosophy she will replicate at Aditya Birla Hospitality  .

In her new capacity, Jaiswal will spearhead marketing, brand positioning, and strategic growth across premium casual dining and restaurant verticals. She aims to elevate customer-centric storytelling, forging deeper emotional connections, drive market expansion through digital innovation, web3 initiatives, and data-led campaigns, and strengthen brand leadership, aligning creative and strategic efforts for consistent engagement.
