Vijay Basantani Takes Charge as Group CFO of Mobavenue AI Tech

Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has appointed Vijay Basantani as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will oversee the company's financial planning, capital management, and governance functions as Mobavenue AI continues to expand its AI-driven platforms and digital business ecosystem.

Vijay is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in finance and business leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organisations such as Omnicom Media Group, Dentsu, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Infosys Technologies, gaining expertise across a wide range of industries and financial environments.

Over the years, he has built strong capabilities in financial strategy, business planning, compliance, risk management, financial controls, and corporate governance. He is known for helping organisations strengthen financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
