Manoj Gadgil has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at VINI Cosmetics, the company behind brands like Fogg.
Gadgil moves to VINI Cosmetics after serving as Business Unit Head and Vice President – Marketing at Kenvue from May 2023 to March 2026.
Prior to Kenvue, Gadgil spent nearly 24 years at Johnson & Johnson, holding leadership positions across India and Asia Pacific. His roles included Vice President – Marketing and Business Unit Head, Vice President – Marketing, Senior Director and Marketing Director – Femcare, Asia Pacific.
As Marketing Director for Femcare in Asia Pacific, he was responsible for business performance, strategy, innovation and communications.
Earlier in India, he managed the beauty care category, overseeing brands including Neutrogena and Clean & Clear.
Gadgil began his career in brand management, working on brands including Band-Aid and Savlon, alongside initiatives for Johnson's Baby.
