The Coca-Cola Company has announced that Henrique Braun has taken charge as Chief Executive Officer of the company. He succeeds James Quincey, who moves into the role of Executive Chairman.
The board also plans to nominate Braun, 57, to stand for election as a director at the company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareowners.

Henrique, previously the Chief Operating Officer at the company, brings 30 years of experience and dedication to this role.
