Harmeet Chadha has been roped in as the new Chief Experience Officer at Yes Bank. In a LinkedIn post, Chadha expressed excitement and said she is honoured to join the organization as Chief Experience Officer at such an exciting time.

Prior to joining Yes Bank, Harmeet was with Axis Bank for over 11 years. She last held the role of Head – Customer Obsession – Retail Liability, Branch Banking & Institutional Capabilities at the bank.
Harmeet Chadha is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience across customer experience, operations, compliance, digital transformation, and AI-led innovation.
