Dish TV has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about the appointment of Manoj Dobhal, the current chief executive officer and executive director of the company, as the new Chairman of the Board.
This was announced as the company released its fourth quarter and annual financial results for FY25.
Manoj Dobhal has over 24 years of experience across various industries including FMCG, telecom, and consumer durables and media.
Dobhal brings a wide range of expertise to the role. He has worked with several major companies including Tata Sky Ltd, Reliance Communications, IndiaCast Media Distribution, Dabur India Limited, DIAGEO India, and Vadilal Industries Limited.
In his previous roles, Dobhal held leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Akash DTH (Beximco Communications) in Bangladesh and Senior Vice President & Head of Sales at Tata Sky Broadband. He is known for his strategic thinking, and for driving growth in customer experience, sales, and digital transformation.
