Dish TV has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about changes in its senior management team due to a change in the company’s reporting hierarchy.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, three executives have ceased to be part of the company’s senior management with effect from the close of business hours on May 28, 2025. These include Mohit Kumar, divisional manager - broadcast monitoring and QA; Biraj Bhadra, head - Watcho aggregation; and Simarjot Kaur, head - content alliance.

Dish TV has not provided further details regarding replacements or future restructuring plans. The changes appear to be part of an internal realignment of roles and reporting structures.
