Dhruv Aggarwal has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer at Emami Limited, taking on a key role in driving expansion across the company’s emerging consumer portfolio.

He shared the update through a LinkedIn post, outlining his transition from consulting to an operational leadership role within the FMCG sector.

Aggarwal said he will lead strategic investments across brands such as The Man Company, Brillare, Axiom Ayurveda (AloFrut), Fur Ball Story, and Trunativ, along with a pipeline of upcoming ventures. He highlighted that his mandate will focus on delivering strong growth across these new-age brands and building a scalable consumer business.

"After years of telling other people how to build brands and drive sales, it's time to try it myself. I'm joining Emami Limited as Chief Growth Officer, leading our strategic investments - The Man Company, Brillare, Axiom/AloFrut, Fur Ball Story, Trunativ, and a pipeline of brands we're still writing into the story", the LinkedIn post read.

Reflecting on his career shift, Aggarwal credited his time at Bain & Company for preparing him for the move. He expressed gratitude to colleagues and clients for their support, adding that he is now keen to collaborate with partners and investors as he works to accelerate growth in Emami’s evolving portfolio.

Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of strategy consulting, project management experience across multiple locations, industries. Prior to this, Dhruv Aggarwal was with Bain & Company as Partner.
