Birlasoft, a part of the C.K. Birla Group, has appointed Komal Jain as Chief Executive Officer – Americas. Based in Dallas, Texas, he will oversee the company's business across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.
In his new role, Jain will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding Birlasoft's presence across the region, and building stronger relationships with clients.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with expertise in business strategy, sales, global marketing, innovation, and leadership. Throughout his career, Jain has worked closely with business leaders to help organisations adopt new technologies, manage digital transformation, and achieve long-term growth.
Welcoming him to the company, Angan Guha, CEO and Managing Director of Birlasoft, said Jain's extensive industry experience and customer-focused approach will play an important role in accelerating the company's growth across the Americas. He added that the appointment reinforces Birlasoft's commitment to strengthening its leadership team and delivering innovative technology solutions to clients worldwide.
Before joining Birlasoft, Jain served as Senior Vice President and Head of the High-Tech, Media, and Entertainment business at Infosys. In that role, he led business expansion efforts and helped strengthen the company's presence across rapidly evolving technology-driven industries.
