Birlasoft has announced the reappointment of Angan Guha as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. His new term will begin on December 1, 2025, and will continue for the next two years, as per the company’s regulatory filing. The decision was approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to necessary approvals.
The company also mentioned that his current term is set to end on November 30, 2025, after which he will continue in the same role under the new tenure.
As CEO and MD, Angan Guha leads the overall strategy at Birlasoft and plays a key role in driving growth and transformation across the business.
Before joining Birlasoft, he worked with Wipro, where he served as CEO for the Americas 2 Strategic Market Unit. He was also part of the company’s Executive Board and Group Executive Council.
