Anupam Arora has moved to XLSMART in Indonesia after a 28-year career with Bharti Airtel, where he held leadership roles across businesses. He most recently served as Hub CEO – Upper North, overseeing Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.
Arora described Airtel as a defining part of his professional journey, saying he began his career with the company and went on to lead diverse businesses and serve as a Unit CEO.
About his new role, Arora shared, “At XL Smart, my focus is to build and scale the next generation of the Homes business - driving Consumer Convergence, Growth, CX, Analytics and Future Channels.”
Arora is a seasoned business leader with experience in business development and operations, P&L management, consumer experience and network operations.
