Avinash Kaul puts in his papers as CEO, ET Now, Zoom & Times Now

Avinash Kaul, who has been with the Times Television Network for nearly four years now, put in his papers as CEO, ET Now, Zoom, and Times Now a month ago. Kaul is a broadcast professional with over 15 years of experience.

In May 2012, Kaul was given the additional responsibility of Times Now, wherein he was overseeing the operations of all the three channels of the Network – Zoom (entertainment channel), ET Now (English business news channel) and Times Now (English general news channel), and reporting to Sunil Lulla, the then Managing Director and CEO, TTN.

Prior to joining Times Television Network, Kaul had a short stint at Sahara One as CEO. He was also Executive Vice President, NDTV Media for over seven years, prior to which he also worked at Discovery Communications and STAR India.

Kaul started his career as a media planer with Mindshare.
