Anisha Baghudana joins InMobi as Director of Marketing for APAC

InMobi has appointed Anisha Baghudana as Director of Marketing, APAC. 

The appointment was posted by Baghudana as a LinkedIn update, which was also confirmed by sources in the company.

Baghudana brings over 13 years of experience in brand building, P&L management, and e-commerce, with a strong track record across multiple sectors and geographies. She previously served as Director, eCommerce APAC – Platform Strategy and KAM at adidas, where she led the D2C e-marketplaces strategy for the APAC region and drove operational transformation and growth. 

Before that, Baghudana managed integrated media and e-commerce marketing for Southeast Asia, India, and MENA at Hasbro. She also oversaw brand strategy and go-to-market planning across APAC at Crocs, including Japan, China, South Korea, and Australia. Earlier in her career, she handled regional portfolios for brands like Vicks and Anna Sui at Procter & Gamble, focusing on new product development and market entry. Baghudana has also co-founded Chain of Thought, a consultancy for B2C startups, and worked as a consultant for YUA Labs.

Her academic credentials include a Master’s in International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Baghudana’s appointment as Director of Marketing, APAC, at InMobi highlights the company’s focus on strengthening its leadership in digital advertising and technology. Her extensive experience in e-commerce, digital transformation, and integrated brand strategy is expected to drive InMobi’s growth and innovation in the APAC region.
