Network18 sells 100% stake in Media18 Distribution Services Limited

Network18 on Monday informed the stock exchange that it has sold 100% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary Media18 Distribution Services Limited. The deal was completed with Prakhar Commercials Private Limited (PCPL).
The company has sold a total of 10,000 equity shares (worth ₹10 each) to PCPL for a total amount of ₹1 lakh. After this deal, Media18 Distribution Services Limited is no longer a subsidiary of Network18.
PCPL is a private limited company and is neither part of the promoter group nor is any group company affiliated to the Company in any manner.
Media18 had no business in FY 2024-25 and its total net worth as of March 31, 2025 was just ₹0.15 lakh, contributing just 0.0001% to the consolidated net worth of Network18.
The company also clarified that this transaction does not fall under the category of Related Party Transaction.
