Gujarat Samachar, a newspaper of Gujarat, has officially launched its news channel GSTV. The testing of the channel has been on since last month.
The channel will be looked after by its sister concern Aaspas Multimedia.
Shreyansh Shah, CMD of the Group; Amam Shah, Director of the Group; and Vijay Srivastava, Vice President of Aaspas Multimedia put the channel on-air on December 9, 2012.
“This channel is 24X7 news and current affairs TV channel in regional language, Gujarati with a mix of Hindi. Its Gujarati news and content will be headed by Jay Shukla, based in Ahmedabad and Suchi Sinha, news head Delhi will look after the Hindi content and national news from Delhi,” shared Srivastava.
