Lara Balsara Vajifdar, Executive Director, Madison World, was recognised as one of IMPACT’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2024.
Reflecting on her journey, Lara expressed gratitude to the leaders around her for being the support system that enabled her to achieve this milestone. She spoke about the importance of representation and breaking barriers for women in leadership roles, especially during transformative phases of life like motherhood.

You know, they say you are the average of the five people you spend most time with and I'm fortunate to have such amazing leaders at Madison who lead with purpose and values. I truly believe that awards like these are a representation of the work that the company does and the organization does. So, this completely belongs to everyone at Madison. This decade really belongs to women, so more power to each and every one of us”.
