Nykaa Q3 FY26: Beauty segment revenue climbs 27% YoY
Nykaa’s Fashion segment reported Rs 235 crore in revenue in Q3 FY26, marking an 18.09% YoY and 16.92% QoQ increase

FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) reported a strong performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), with revenue rising 26.73% year-on-year (YoY) and profitability posting a sharp sequential jump, as the company continued to scale its beauty and fashion businesses.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,873.26 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 2,267.21 crore in the year-ago quarter, marking a 26.73% YoY increase. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue rose 22.48% from Rs 2,345.98 crore in Q2 FY26. Including other income of Rs 6.26 crore, total income came in at Rs 2,879.52 crore, up 26.70% YoY and 22.32% QoQ.
The company’s Beauty segment remained the primary growth driver. Beauty revenue rose to Rs 2,622.36 crore in Q3 FY26, up 27.30% YoY from Rs 2,060.01 crore and 22.99% QoQ from Rs 2,131.88 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Beauty revenue stood at Rs 6,729.61 crore, compared with Rs 5,356.41 crore in the same period last year.
Nykaa’s Fashion segment reported revenue of Rs 235 crore in Q3 FY26, up 18.09% YoY from Rs 199 crore and 16.92% QoQ from Rs 201 crore. For the nine-month period, Fashion revenue came in at Rs 606.83 crore, compared with Rs 513.69 crore a year ago.
The Others segment reported revenue of Rs 15.90 crore in Q3 FY26, nearly doubling YoY from Rs 8.20 crore, while rising 21.37% QoQ from Rs 13.10 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the segment revenue stood at Rs 37.74 crore compared with Rs 17.96 crore in the year-ago period.
On the cost side, total expenses rose to Rs 2,753.54 crore in Q3 FY26, up 23.64% YoY from Rs 2,228.18 crore and 19.85% QoQ from Rs 2,297.59 crore. Purchase of traded goods, the largest expense head, stood at Rs 1,504.77 crore, compared with Rs 1,284.96 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 1,196.53 crore in Q2 FY26. Other expenses increased to Rs 864.82 crore from Rs 675.76 crore a year ago and Rs 711.82 crore in the previous quarter. Employee benefits expense rose to Rs 202.90 crore, compared with Rs 174.60 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 182.77 crore in Q2 FY26.
Profit before tax (PBT) came in at Rs 109.62 crore in Q3 FY26, up 146.01% YoY from Rs 44.56 crore and 97.94% QoQ from Rs 55.38 crore. Net profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 67.74 crore, registering a 151.17% YoY increase from Rs 26.97 crore. Sequentially, PAT rose 105.40% from Rs 32.98 crore in Q2 FY26.
Commenting on the performance, Falguni Nayar, Executive Chairperson, Founder and CEO of Nykaa, said the quarter marked a record period for the company. “Q3 FY2026 marked a record quarter for Nykaa, with our highest-ever GMV and EBITDA margin, while sustaining our long-term growth trajectory. These foundations position us well for sustained, long-term growth,” she said.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Nykaa reported revenue from operations of Rs 7,374.18 crore, up 25.24% from Rs 5,888.06 crore in the corresponding period last year. Net profit for the nine-month period stood at Rs 125.19 crore, compared with Rs 53.02 crore a year ago.
Overall, Nykaa’s Q3 FY26 results were led by continued momentum in its Beauty business, while Fashion posted steady growth, as the company delivered strong revenue expansion alongside a sharp improvement in profitability.
