Adlakha was the former SVP & Head International marketing at American Express with over 30 years of service. Between 2005-2009, he worked at Visa and Yes Bank and then rejoined Amex as CEO from 2014 to Q1 2022, launching premium cards & leading 20k employees in Amex India. He was then appointed International Head - Customer Marketing for Amex. Adlakha is holds a CA degree along with BCom Hons from SRCC; Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
Apoorv Durga, Vice President, Research & Advisory, Real Story Group
Apoorv Durga is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry as an analyst, advisor, and technology executive. As the VP of Research and Advisory at Real Story Group, Apoorv Durga leads the research and advisory services for Marketing Technologies (MarTech), covering topics such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), e-commerce, Journey Orchestration Engines, Web Content and Experience Management, among others.

Gagan Singla, Managing Director - BlinkX at JM Financial
Gagan Singla is the Managing Director at BlinkX, a next-gen fintech started by JM Financial. He has worked in various roles across organisations, including global firms like PwC, Deloitte, HDFC Securities, IIFL, Angel Broking, Simplilearn, Quikr, and Hughes.
