The inaugural edition of e4m CX India Awards was held at a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai on February 3. The awards brought together distinguished leaders, innovators, and changemakers to explore the latest trends, strategies, and technologies shaping the future of customer experience. 

Pristyn Care and HAWK (Gozoop Group) bagged the ‘CX Team of the Year’ honour. While Pristyn Care took home the gold honour, HAWK (Gozoop Group) walked away with silver. 

The ‘CX Leader of the Year’ honour was awarded to Adrian Robertson, Vice President & Head - Customer Service, IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Ltd; Aditya Khemka, Managing Director, CP PLUS (Aditya Infotech) and Mohit Varshney, Vice President - Patient Experience, Pristyn Care. While Adrian Robertson and Aditya Khemka took home gold, Mohit Varshney walked away with a silver metal.

The ‘Women in CX’ honour was awarded to five women leaders. Archana Sinha, Lead, Customer Experience - Home Business, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited and Shriti Malhotra, Group CEO, Quest Retail Pvt Ltd won gold while Subarna Nandy, Chief Manager, Axis Max Life Insurance, Shivani Kashyap, AGM - Customer Delight, Clovia and Geetanjali Chugh Kothari, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Life Insurance, each took home the silver metal.

The e4m CX India Awards aims to recognise and honour those who are leading the way in redefining customer experience excellence in India. With CX India Awards, the exchange4media Group aims to celebrate excellence in customer experience across various industries across the country. It serves as a platform to recognize organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment and innovation in delivering outstanding customer experiences. 

The jury chair of e4m CX India Awards 2024 was Sanjay Khanna, Chief Executive Officer & Country Manager, American Express Banking Corp, India. The other jury members included industry luminaries and experts from the industry.  

The e4m CX India Awards seeks to highlight the growing importance of customer experience as a key differentiator in the competitive business landscape. The awards span across three main categories, reflecting their contributions and extraordinary efforts in customer interactions.
