BARC Week 25: Ministry of AYUSH leads Top 10 Brands

Amazon Fashion entered BARC's Top 10 Brands at fourth spot

BARC’s Top 10 Brands has a new leader for Week 25 ( June 16-22) with Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) taking the top spot with 14,731 insertions.

Santoor Sandal and Turmeric which was at tenth spot previous week dramatically moved up to second spot with 14,731 insertions.

Honda X Blade slipped to third position with 13,014 insertions. Amazon Fashion entered the category at fourth spot with 11,930 insertions. Lux Toilet Soap climbed up to fifth spot with 11,914 insertions while Airtel 4G slipped to sixth spot with 10,482 insertions. Lizol further slipped to seventh spot with 10,425 insertions.

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dettol Liquid Soap and Lifebuoy Toilet Soap entered at eighth, ninth and tenth spot with 9395, 9024 and 8871 insertions respectively.

In the same week, in BARC's Top 10 Advertisers FMCG brand Hindustan Lever continued to reign with improved 1,65,415 insertions followed by Reckitt Benckiser with 82,589 insertions. The latter have reduced its insertions. ITC Ltd retained its third spot with 39,039 insertions.

Amazon Online India climbed to fourth spot with 37, 691 insertions while Cadburys India slipped to fifth position with 29,656 insertions.

Procter and Gamble entered the category at sixth spot after a hiatus with 25,392 insertions.

Marico slipped to seventh spot with 23,347 insertions. Wipro is another advertiser which forayed at eighth spot with 21,560 insertions. Brooke Bond Lipton India and Colgate Palmolive India slipped to the ninth and tenth spot with 21,408 and 21,025 insertions respectively.
