Kartikeya Sharma delivered an inspiring address at the e4m Revenue Leaders Conference 2025 at New Delhi as the chief guest of the event. As a Member of the Rajya Sabha from Haryana and the Founder of ITV Media, his address centered on the evolving role of revenue leadership in business. Commending e4m for the initiative, Sharma emphasized that revenue remains the backbone of any enterprise. He said the AI-driven revolution that the industry is seeing demands new revenue leadership.
Reflecting on the rapid transformation in media over the past century, he noted that today’s shift marks a watershed moment, powered by AI and emerging technologies. “Today we stand at a juncture where the world as we know it is going to change much faster than we expected it to, and that time has come. It's not about the future. It's not going to happen in five years or 10 years from now, it's happening as we speak,” he said.
Sharma also shared his personal experience in conceptualizing the ‘ITV Next’ platform. Highlighting his success, including participation from global leaders, astronauts, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he explained how ITV Next evolved from a concept into a global forum and monetizable platform.
Ending with a note of encouragement, Sharma praised the ‘30 Under 30’ and ‘40 Under 40’ award recipients for their impact and reminded them that recognition is not just a milestone, but a launching pad for future growth. “It's not your aptitude, but your attitude which will determine your altitude,” he said, concluding his address.
