Harshita Changlani has been redesignated as Chief of Staff at flutrr, a Kolkata-based company, after serving as Head – HR, Legal & Secretarial for over five years.
In her previous position, she was responsible for the company’s human resources, legal and secretarial functions.
Before joining flutrr, Changlani worked as an independent consultant between May 2021 and February 2023. She previously served as Company Secretary at MeVero, Inc., where her responsibilities included Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliances, documentation related to app and web operations, GDPR applicability and gap analysis, vendor agreements, and aspects of HR operations.
Her earlier experience includes company secretary roles at Wedoria Technologies and Sadhan Enterprise (I) Private Limited.
Changlani’s redesignation brings her experience across legal, compliance, secretarial and HR functions into the Chief of Staff role at flutrr.
