Dainik Bhaskar launches second edition of 'Brain Hunt'

Dainik Bhaskar Group has launched the second edition of ‘Brain Hunt - Challenge your Imagination’. Brain Hunt is a nation-wide initiative of the Bhaskar Champs Club and the Dainik Bhaskar Group to stimulate and encourage the imagination of young minds to a new high of free and constructive thinking.
Brain Hunt 2 - Challenge your Imagination is the sixth initiative organised and conceptualised by the Bhaskar Champs Club since its inception that is now back with a more competitive, challenging and innovative set of activities than Brain Hunt 2012.
Vinay Maheshwari, Vice-President, Sales and Market Development, Dainik Bhaskar Group said, “As an organisation, innovation and new thinking continues to be one of the key pillars of our growth. The youth have always been one of our key audiences with we whom we truly enjoy engaging with. What better way to harness and nurture the potential of this huge force and align it with our philosophy of innovation and change. We have endeavoured to nurture some of the most smart and curious brains as visionaries of tomorrow through this activity.”
He added, “We truly believe that Brain Hunt II will be another wonderful experience for students and the school community at large while also being a welcoming stress buster.”
It was in 2010, when the DB Group conceived the idea of creating one of the largest children’s clubs through the Bhaskar Champs Club in India. The initiative is aimed at providing a unique and creative platform to visionary students to interact with other students on a common ground of activities to foster intellect, acumen and brainpower.
In addition to Brain Hunt, the other activities include Bhaskar Champs Scrapbook Activity - 2010, Junior Picasso - 2011 (National Level Painting Competition), Junior Editor – 2011 and Junior Editor II - 2013 (Manual
Newspaper Making Competition), and Brain Hunt 2012.
The Bhaskar Champs Club has received 10 national and international records/ laurels, including the Guinness World Record and Limca Book of Records for Brain Hunt 2012 - The Quest for Wonder Kidz, and the WAN-IFRA World Young Reader Country of the Year, 2013 for Junior Editor II.
