Ranbaxy meets creative agencies for its OTC products

Ranbaxy Laboratories has called for a creative pitch for its over-the-counter (OTC) products. The multi-agency pitch is underway in Delhi. Sources have confirmed the news to exchange4media, however, there was no official confirmation released by the company at the time of filing the report.

Revital is the flagship brand in the OTC segment and one of the largest selling vitamins and minerals supplement. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was chosen as brand ambassador for the product over Yuvraj Singh after the latter was diagnosed with cancer. Some of other key OTC brands include Faringosept, Aspenter and Chericof.

For the record, Ranbaxy Laboratories is a research-based international pharmaceutical company serving customers in over 150 countries. It is a vertically-integrated company that develops, manufactures and markets generic, branded generic, value-added and OTC products, Anti-Retrovirals, active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates.
