Mukund Setlur joins ETV News Network as Business Head

In order to consolidate its position, ETV News Network the regional arm of Network 18 has brought on board Mukund Setlur as Business Head, and along with Harjit Singh as Network Sales Head (West) and and Manoj Jagyasi as Network Sales Head ( North).

Mukund Setlur has more than two decades of experience and has worked with NDTV, TME and Focus Group among others. In his previous stint he was handling revenue for Asianet News Network for Suvarna News and Kannada Prabha.

Setlur has comprehensive media sales experience along with extensive and in-depth knowledge of the satellite television industry in India. He has handled clients like L’Oreal, HSBC, Reckitt, Tata’s, Colgate, Parle, India Oil, Nirma, Manikchand, Medimix.

Harjit Singh has experience in handling both Print and TV wherein he has worked for Sakal, Indian Express group and IBN Lokmat. His last responsibility was with Focus where he was Senior Vice President, handling revenue for the entire Network. Singh has been with TV18 for the past eight years.

Manoj Jagyasi takes on his new post with 14 years of sales and management experience across industries television, radio, internet and FMGC associated with companies like iTV Network, TV18, India Today (Red FM 93.5) and Hindustan Unilever. He has experience in handling revenue, inventory, new sales and channel seeding/placement.


The production house has already established itself as the leader in the non-scripted genres. However, Rege now wants Endemol to achieve the same in the original scripted zone and film production
