With over 17 years of marketing experience, Mohua Das Gupta has worked across some of India’s most successful digital-first businesses, driving growth through innovative brand building and consumer-focused strategies.

She most recently served as Head of Marketing for Tata CLiQ Luxury and Palette (Beauty), where she led the marketing charters for fashion, luxury, and beauty categories. Her work focused on brand equity, customer growth marketing, platform revenue, and leading a marketing team of 20 professionals to build one of India’s largest luxury e-commerce destinations.

Before Tata CLiQ, Mohua played a key role at Myntra, where as Director of Marketing, she was responsible for shaping the marketing strategy of India's leading fashion e-commerce platform. She led end-to-end brand architecture, integrated marketing campaigns, influencer strategies, and consumer insights to drive growth across categories including fashion, beauty, sports, and home.

Her experience also spans roles at Arrow (Arvind Brands), GANT, IZOD, and Ogilvy & Mather, where she worked on brand development, communication strategies, and customer engagement.

Mohua’s work has been recognised with multiple industry honours, including the Impact 40 Under 40 (2023), Abby Awards, Bloomberg UTV’s Young Marketer of the Year, and campaign awards for driving narratives that challenge stereotypes and celebrate diversity.

Through her career, Mohua has consistently delivered marketing strategies that combine creativity with measurable business impact, making her a standout leader in India’s digital commerce landscape.
