Cognizant has elevated Rashmi Vasisht to Vice President and Global Head - Marketing & Communications, GCCs. In her new global role, she will lead the strategic marketing and communications agenda for GCC operations across the company’s global footprint.
Vasisht brings over two decades of experience in corporate communications, media relations, employer branding, digital strategies, and public affairs, including multiple industries and geographies. She has been with Cognizant since 2021, most recently serving as Vice President – Corporate Communications and Employer Brand Marketing, where she was instrumental in revitalizing market sentiment and crafting a refreshed, proactive brand narrative for Cognizant India. She developed and executed high-impact internal communications strategies to reenergize 240,000+ associates based across India.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Vasisht held leadership roles across leading organizations such as Apple, The Leela Palaces, and Office of the New York State Attorney General.
