Kaizzen has elevated Nikhil Pavithran to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Pavithran will oversee the company's overall operations and strategy, while also heading Kaizzen's expansion into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.
Pavithran announced his appointment on LinkedIn, expressing his gratitude and enthusiasm for the new challenge. He joined Kaizzen in 2018 as Vice President of the Mumbai region and has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success since then. Prior to his elevation, he was the Group President at Kaizzen.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, Pavithran has worked with leading companies such as Percept, Fluid Media, and Eulogy. His expertise in strategic communications, digital marketing, and team management will be invaluable in his new role as COO.
