Pavel Chopra has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for Zee Media Corporation Limited and its subsidiaries.
He will be based out of the Noida office.
In this role, Pavel will lead the implementation of effective people strategy to ensure that our people policies, culture and working practices enable high performance and organisational capability. He will take a lead role in organisational development, will drive change initiatives and contribute to long-term goals around business and people.
Pavel brings with him over two decades of HR leadership experience across industries such as logistics, healthcare, financial services, and media. He has worked with leading global organizations like Genpact, Sony Pictures, and Indian conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Capital and Allcargo.
Prior to joining Zee, Pavel co-founded a tech-logistics start-up, OxyZEN Express. His expertise spans across HR, procurement, technology development, organizational capability building, and change management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of driving growth and transformation.
