Wooden Street has appointed Amit Phutane as the Chief Business Officer (CBO). at Wooden Street. 

Amit Phutane’s experience includes business transformation & enhancing revenue streams, through retail, e‑commerce, and market partnerships.

He brings more than two decades of successful leadership experience spanning D2C, retail, modern trade, and corporate growth roles. 

Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer at Neeman’s and Business Head (D2C & Growth) at Duroflex and, where he oversaw end-to-end ownership of revenue, profitability, and customer-facing operations across different business channels. 

Prior to that, he held senior roles at Bombay Dyeing, Ola, Kansai Nerolac, Disney, Essar,  contributing deep experience in go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
