Rhona Holland, Senior Director & Head of Global Beverage Insights at PepsiCo, has decided to move on after 25 years. She announced the news of her departure through a LinkedIn post. In her last role, Holland was a member of PepsiCo's Global Beverage marketing leadership team with specific responsibility for leading a culturally diverse global beverage Insights team to unlock human-centric growth across the global beverage brand portfolio including Pepsi, 7UP, Mountain Dew, Mirinda, Gatorade & Sting.

“After an incredible 20+ year journey and much recent reflection, I’ve decided to leave PepsiCo. It’s been an amazing ride filled with personal and professional growth, iconic brands, exciting cross-functional leadership roles, and global adventures”, the LinkedIn post read.

“Most importantly, I’ve had the privilege of working with, learning from and leading truly exceptional people both within PepsiCo and across our fantastic partner organizations—whose talent and dedication often made me look better than I deserved”, the post read.

Rhona Holland is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience leading global insights, marketing, strategy and innovation teams at PepsiCo and Unilever working across, USA, Europe, AMESA, LATAM and APAC having started my career in Financial Services in the UK.
