Pratyush P has stepped into a new leadership role as Associate Vice President – Marketing at Persistent Systems, marking a significant move in his corporate marketing journey.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Pratyush described the transition as a milestone shaped by strong mentorship and collaborative support. He acknowledged senior leaders Anand Deshpande, Sandeep Kalra, and Shimona Chadha for their guidance, along with a wider network of colleagues who have contributed to his professional growth.
In his new role, Pratyush is expected to play a key part in strengthening Persistent Systems’ marketing strategy, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement at a time when the company continues to scale its global technology and digital transformation offerings.
He also highlighted his intent to build with “purpose, responsibility, and ambition,” working closely with team members including Tanuj Joshi, Pooja Cornelius, Vishal Garje, Neil Vyas, Ketki Salunke, and Auyon Acharya.
The appointment comes as Persistent Systems sharpens its focus on integrated marketing leadership to support business growth across key markets.
