Nitin Sood has been appointed as Group CFO at Acko. Prior to this, Sood was with PVR Limited for over 22 years. He last held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the company and led the corporate finance initiatives including raising capital from Banks and institutional investors, managing banking relationships, Investor Relations, leading M&A opportunities, for various group companies.
Sood announced his new innings on LinkedIn. “Excited to share a new chapter in my Professional Journey! After a fulfilling tenure of over 2 decades with PVR INOX , I’m thrilled to announce that I have joined Acko as the Group CFO. I am looking forward to contributing to the innovative work being done in the digital insurance space and the opportunity to help drive ACKO’s mission forward. Nitin Sood is a seasoned professional and has played a key role in building PVR from a startup stage to one of the premier Entertainment Companies in the multiplex and film distribution space in India. He has been instrumental in raising capital from Banks, Institutions & Private Equity investors to fund company's growth plans.
