Nicolle Pangis has joined Netflix as Vice President of its Advertising business. She took to LinkedIn to announce her new role.
“Thrilled to share that I am joining Netflix as VP of its Advertising business, diving head first into a world of incredible fandom, data, creativity, and opportunity”, she stated in her LinkedIn post.
In her new role, Pangis will oversee the advertising business in the US and Canada and is said to report to Amy Reinhard, President - Advertising.
As per reports, Peter Naylor, Netflix's former VP of ad sales, had moved on from the company in July.
Prior to this, Nicolle Pangis was with Ampersand for close to 6 years and last held the role of Board Advisor.
In her previous stints, Pangis worked with Xaxis, GroupM, 24/7 Media Inc and Extreme Reach.
Pangis is a strategic advertising executive firmly focused on the use of data and technology to create advanced media businesses. As former CEO of Ampersand and a veteran of several well-known innovative companies including 24/ Media, Xaxis, and GroupM (WPP), she has deep experience transforming traditional media and tech companies into leading-edge and data driven digital advertising players.
