Julie Di Benedetto has been elevated to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PepsiCo France, marking a new chapter in her 15-year journey with the company.

The appointment adds a new responsibility to Di Benedetto’s long association with PepsiCo, as she takes on the financial leadership of the company’s France operations.

Di Benedetto announced the appointment on LinkedIn, expressing her happiness about taking on the new role. She said the move was particularly meaningful after spending 15 years at PepsiCo, where she has had opportunities to grow, learn and take on new challenges.

"I’m very happy to share that I have taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at PepsiCo France. After 15 years with PepsiCo, this new chapter feels particularly meaningful. Prior to her promotion, Julie served as IBP- Demand Planning Lead France (Strategy & Transformation).

In her post, she also thanked the people who supported her throughout her career, including former CFOs who became mentors and advisers, as well as managers and colleagues who supported her and her teams.

Di Benedetto said her teams had also played an important role in helping her grow every day. She added that the experience and support she received over the years had helped prepare her for the new challenge as CFO of PepsiCo France.
